I am a Mexican-Icelandic cinematographer based in London and working internationally.

I have shot a number of award winning independent features, short films and digital series. My work has been featured at prestigious festivals such as Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Underwire Film Festival, HollyShorts, Short Shorts Tokyo and New York Shorts International Film Festival.

I hold a PhD in Film by Practice (Exeter/LFS), my research looks at the relationship between cinematography and landscape in Iceland.

I see cinematography as a way of portraying thought and emotion, utilizing the immense and fascinating malleability of the medium. I thrive in a collaborative environment and I am always up for a challenge.
